Organization Summary: We are a faith-based nonprofit rooted in compassion, dignity, and hope dedicated to walking alongside individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness as they develop and navigate a path forward. Our Center opens four mornings a week to provide essential services—showers, laundry, meals, clothing. In partnership with a local health system we offer on-site nursing care three days a week. Additionally, case managers walk alongside participants to help them access housing, employment, benefits, medical and mental health services and more. Together, we help adults assess barriers, identify immediate needs, and develop strategic plans for long-term stability.

Role Summary: The Executive Director (part-time) will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight to ensure Freedoms Hope fulfills its mission. Working closely with the Board of Directors and supported by a part-time on-site Operational Manager, the Executive Director will: Manage the affairs of the organization with board oversight, Cast vision, provide strategic direction and program development, Oversee volunteers and staff, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, Ensure effective stewardship of resources and compliance with nonprofit best practices
