Organization Overview:
SIL is a Christ-centered, evangelical nonprofit serving language communities around the world through literacy, Bible translation, and language development. SIL US is a new U.S. subsidiary focused especially on Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and diaspora communities—working alongside local churches and partners so people can engage Scripture and education in their heart language.

Position Overview:
This part-time President/CEO will give spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership to SIL US. The role blends vision and execution: building a small senior team, cultivating donors and church partners, advocating for under-served language communities, and stewarding a sustainable, prayerful ministry that stays deeply aligned with SIL’s global mission and values.
